New & Returning Student Registration Dates
The online Skyward registration portal will open on July 19th for returning student families.
Both building offices will be open starting July 22nd from 8:00 am-2:00 pm for any new student registrations.
**The offices will be available to support families with online registration as needed.
**Families of returning students that are registering online will need to upload photos showing a proof of residency or visit one of the school offices to provide residency proof. Falsifying your proof of residency will incur the payment of out-of-district registration fees.
Dear Families, Welcome back District 50 Wildcats! We hope everyone enjoyed their summer break and are well-rested, recharged, and ready for success. Our staff is excited to start another new journey with every student. Please read through the following information for all of your key registration info. District 50 Administration
The following items are necessary for the Registration of All Students. Please have them uploaded via Skyward or dropped off at our school offices.
Present a certified birth certificate (*or currently has one previously on file)
Provide 1 document for proof of residency via Skyward upload or to the office.
New student enrollments require 3 documents for proof of residency
Have the appropriate Medical Forms submitted before the 1st day of school (Required forms for K, 2, 6, and out-of-state students are identified below)
*Students without proof of residency will be unable to enroll. Also, those without their mandated physical, dental, vision, or immunization requirements as listed below may be excluded from school until proof of compliance with these requirements is met.
**If you are living with a relative or "doubled-up," please download and have the homeowner complete the following form. Letter of Shared Residency Form
Attendance Reporting
Beverly Manor students begin school at 7:45 am and dismiss at 2:15 pm, except for our Wednesday early out dismissals at 1:30 pm.
John L. Hensey students begin school at 8:15 am and dismiss at 2:45 pm, except for our Wednesday early out dismissals at 2:00 pm.
If your child will be absent, please call the attendance clerk at your child's school 30 minutes before each building's start time when possible. This helps us notify teachers and prepare requested work for pick-up.
