Reminder to all ECE-8th grade families that tomorrow, Wednesday, August 16 is Picture Day! Please come to school picture ready!

Attention Wildcat Families, our screening dates for Early Childhood are a little earlier than usual this year. Please see the attached flyer for more information, and contact to schedule your screening appointment.

We know the Manor Wildcats are curious, so here is an update after week 1! Our Grade Level Wildcat Pillar points are growing thanks to low tardies, good attendance, and positive behavior in our partial first week. Congrats to 5th grade on being the frontrunners so far, but 7th is nipping on your heels. The winning grade level on September 28th gets a candy bar and chooses the costumes for Mr. Lawless & Mr. Sharp. The ideas have been creative so far.

Attention ALL families!!! School Picture Day is Wednesday, August 16! Order forms will be going home with 1st-8th grade students today. ECE, PreK, and Kindergarten students will receive order forms on Back to School Night Monday, August 14. If you cannot attend Back to School Night, your child will receive their order form on the first day of school Tuesday, August 15. D50 BUS UPDATE: Appreciate everyone's continued patience as we navigate the start of the school year AND a few familiar challenges in transportation. To sustain a more regular schedule throughout the year, 4 buses are being used. Drivers, students, parents, and our staff have had to adjust in short order. Good evening Wildcats - in preparation of the first day tomorrow, we wanted to let our families know that we will be running a 4 bus route for the foreseeable future. Mr. Lawless is working to coordinate and have pickup times as close to previous times as possible. He will be sending more information out soon.

This will be so you can meet your teacher and drop off supplies. Please note that Kindergarten, Pre-k and ECE Back to School Night is on a different night. K, Prek, and ECE students and families will come Monday, August 14 from 6pm to 7pm to meet their teacher and drop off supplies. Their first day of school will be August 15. Good morning Wildcats! Today is the LAST DAY to complete online registration for any returning students. While many families have completed this step, we still have some that we are waiting on. Please make sure to log in and complete this today if your student will be returning to District 50 for the 23-24 school year; in order to have no delays in getting them started in the new year.

We are going to have to cancel today’s cross country practice, unfortunately 🌧️ Mother Nature wasn’t on our side this weekend and it is still too wet along with continued rain chances! *Games Cancelled* Due to the heavy amount of rain overnight and this morning, the All City tournament games today are cancelled. We hope everyone had a spectacular time during the games and skills competitions last night. Thank you, ICC Softball. We hope to continue partnering for years to come.

We are so excited to welcome back our Wildcats in just a few days! If you have not completed online registration through Skyward for your returning student, please do so as soon as possible. Registration closes on Monday, August 7th. Also, if you have not yet turned in your address verification, get that in to one of the offices as soon as you can. We are looking forward to seeing everyone on Back to School Night which will be held for 1st-8th grade students on Wednesday, August 9th from 5:30-6:45.
