Reminder that TONIGHT is ECE, PreK and Kindergarten supply drop-off at John L. Hensey. Families can come and meet their student's teacher, plus drop off supplies from 6:00-7:00pm. ECE, PreK and Kindergarten students will have their first day of school Wednesday, August 14. We are excited to see you!

Washington City Softball Tournament 2024 was a great SUCCESS! Adalie Bishop won the Hitting Competition, she also led the team offensively including two doubles. There was a tremendous amount of growth shown from game 1 to game 3. Hyatt and Ingold in the circle was dominate and battled through adversity. Also a big THANK YOU to the ICC Softball Team Coach and team, Heather Doty, Kathy Holzhauer, and Kayla Ford for managing the field and running the competitions all weekend. It's a great day to be a Wildcat!
Cross Country had a fun night with our first Color Run!

Just a reminder that Cross Country team is holding a practice tonight at Meadow Valley Park from 6-7 p.m. with a parent meeting following right after; please make sure you have a current sports physical to participate in- open to all 5th-8th graders.

Class lists for Manor students will be posted on the doors at the Manor door 1 entry and we will have staff to show you to your rooms. We are more than happy to help!
Don't forget that supply drop off for grades 1st-8th is TONIGHT from 5:00-6:15. We have been busy getting our classrooms ready and can't wait to see you tonight!

D50 Softball tryouts will be moved to 1:00-3:00 pm today due to the inclement weather this morning. We look forward to seeing you then!
Wildcat Families : Registration has had a great start, and we want to thank everyone that has completed it, and submitted all your forms. We are still waiting on a number of registrations to be completed, or forms to be turned in. What can you do? Check your Skyward Family Access and make sure that your Online Registration has been COMPLETED and SUBMITTED for each child in your household. If you have trouble submitting any forms, address verification, or medical or dental forms - you can come by the Manor or Hensey offices each weekday and pick them up or drop them off. You can also email the secretaries at [email protected] (Hensey) or [email protected] (Manor) to send in or request any forms.
Due to weather: Softball Tryouts have been moved to Tuesday 7/30 and Wednesday 7/31. 8am Pitchers/Catchers; 8:30-10:30 am everyone else. Please have an updated sports physical.

Don't let your student miss class like Billy. Get them registered for the 24-25 school year now because 1st-8th Grade students start August 7th!!
About 50% of families have registered, but some still need to finish the registration portal or submit their residency documents. Email your documents to our secretaries at [email protected] (Hensey) or [email protected] (Manor).
Here's what you need to do:
1. Visit Skyward on a browser (link on our website) and select the green Registration tile on your dashboard. Warning: You cannot use the app to register.
2. Registration Fees: Comlpete a fee waiver form to check eligibility or pay registration fees. ($70 /student in grades K-8, with a $140 cap per family) ECE students are free. Finish registration and then visit the Fee Payment tile on your dashboard to complete your registration payment.
3. Wait patiently for class lists to be posted at our 1st-8th Back to School Night on August 5th from 5:00-6:15 PM.
4. New Families: Visit our buildings between 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and bring your registration documents.

Any 5th-8th grade students interested in the softball team for the 24-25 school year - please make a note of tryouts. They will be held at Beverly Manor on Monday, July 29th and Tuesday, July 30th from 8:30-11:30 a.m. If you are interested in trying out for pitching or catching - please arrive for tryouts at 8:00 a.m. each day. Please note - you must have a current sports physical on file to try out.
District 50 will be holding Early Childhood Education screenings on August 27th. Please see the attached flyer for more details, and information to reserve your screening time before August 20th.
