Congratulations to our 2024 IESA 2A Cross Country Sectional runners on a fantastic meet last night at Normal! We had 7 boys and 5 girls represent Beverly Manor along with Coach Wiley and Coach Sonderman! The girls team was Teagan Perhay, Mayah Nielsen, Dylan Forinash, Emily Blackwell and Sophia Churchill. The boys team was Jonah Rose, Coltyn Helems, Seth Blackwell, Mason Joos, Emmett Sonderman, Conner Still and Kaeden Brecklin. The boys team finished in 4th place and we had 3 individual boys, Jonah Rose, Coltyn Helems and Seth Blackwell, who qualified individually and will be competing at IESA 2A State next weekend! Another great day to be a Wildcat!

Just a reminder that next Thursday, October 17th is picture retake day for both John L. Hensey and Beverly Manor. If your student is new to the district, or was absent on picture day - please make sure they are ready for picture day next week. If you are getting retakes and previously ordered a package - make sure you send that package back with your child. If your child is getting retakes and didn't previously order a package - they can pick up an order form or online code in the front office.

There is still time to donate any clean, gently used or new Halloween costumes to our Wildcat Cares store. We will be accepting donations until Friday. Thanks for your support!

We need your help! John L. Hensey's Wildcat Cares store wants to be able to provide a costume to students who don't have one. Starting October 7 until October 11, we are seeking new or gently used, clean costumes that are school appropriate for ECE-3rd grade students. You can drop them off at John L. Hensey. Please see the flyer attached if you have any questions. Thank you!
