Morning D-50 Families,
We know cool weather is creeping in and a few extra feet off of our students' entrance sounds great. However, we ask that cars always use the drop-off lane to let students out because:
1. The car is in park and the student can safely exit to the sidewalk.
2. Pulling up into side parking spaces and creating two lanes out front not only causes a traffic jam, but a tough intersection for students.
3. Time is precious, but safety is key.

Attention any and all parents of **6TH GRADE students and any **NEW students. Friendly reminder to get those physicals with immunizations and dental exams in as soon as possible. These health forms are needed so your student can continue to attend school without interruption, both in person and remote learners. Just a reminder - Beverly Manor's picture retake day is coming up on Thursday, October 15th. Make sure you come ready to show off your best smile that morning! Also, any remote learners for Manor that didn't already have your picture taken may come by 10:00 a.m. to do so.

Boys Basketball Open Gyms Announced- For boys in grades 6th, 7th , and 8th - open gyms will be held as follows from 4:30-6pm: 9/30, 10/5, 10/6, 10/8, 10/14, 10/15, 10/19, 10/20, 10/26, and 10/27. A maximum of 50 staff/students are allowed at an open gym. IESA Contact days will be held in November and December prior to tryouts in early January. A current sports physical must be on file with the school nurse prior to tryouts. No exceptions!

Girl's Basketball Open Gyms Announced! Open Gyms for Girl's Basketball begin tonight from 6-7:30pm at Beverly Manor. Additional dates: 9/29, 10/5, 10/6, 10/14, 10/15, 10/19, 10/20, 10/22, 10/26, 10/27, 10/29. Girl's should bring a water bottle and wear a facemask. Sign up through Sign-up genius to reserve your spot! Updated sports physicals required prior to March tryout dates.

Good morning Wildcats,
With falling temperatures outside and cars warming up, all walkers/car riders will be symptom screened inside the building at the main entrance doors to continue receiving accurate temperature readings. Families will still be contacted immediately if there is a screening concern.
