Congratulations to our Beverly Manor Students of the Month! We combined our short months of Dec. & Jan. into one award and here are our nominee winners! Maya Beintum: Maya is an excellent student. She strives for perfection in all her classes. She is also very helpful to her teacher and classmates. Her positive attitude shines brightly everyday. Noah Gottshall: Noah is a polite and sweet young man. He excels in all of his classes. His joyful personality is a highlight to our classroom. He loves helping out his classmates and does so with no hesitation. Kyla Lawrence: Kyla is extremely helpful to other students. She is kind to those who feel a bit on the edge. She always has her work done on time and does it well. She is definitely the kind of Wildcat student that makes us all proud. Carter Aldridge: Carter continually completes his Friday remote learning work on time. He has also gone above and beyond to make sure he has great attendance at school. In addition, his behavior improvement from the beginning of the year to now is a definite improvement that the 5th grade team is proud of. Way to go Carter! Brock Heller: Brock always has such a positive attitude in band class and has become a leader in his lessons and his band. He has worked very hard to improve his playing and his work ethic shines through when you hear him play his trombone! Isabelle Wade: Isabelle has a great attitude about everything. When things get hard, she isn't afraid to ask for help. She is also quick to offer myself or peers help. She consistently turns her work in on time and is willing to redo an assignment to better her grade. She has the best sense of humor that she uses in every aspect of school life. Watching the way her mind works has been an exciting experience to witness. She is clever and uses that cleverness on her assignments and in classroom discussions. She is extremely thoughtful to everyone which makes her the heart of my classroom. Pierce Bernius: Pierce is such a remarkable, respectful, and kind student. He is polite to everyone he meets. Pierce always follows directions and helps out in the classroom when asked. Zach Pownall: Zach is routinely on time and engaged with every learning opportunity. Being a remote learner has not inhibited his ability to demonstrate proficiency in learning objectives. He is kind, thoughtful, and helpful to his peers and teachers. Sydney Reed: Sydney is a remote learner, but is always prompt with turning work in. She often corrects assignments, takes advice and uses it to advance her grades and knowledge of the material. Sydney is a great remote learner! Elizabeth Anglin: Elizabeth has a strong work ethic and so respectful to her teachers. She goes out of her way to support her friends and advocate for herself and them. Awards and a group photo will follow later this week.
